WHAT HAPPENED?
Beth Mead netted a brace to hand her side a comfortable two-goal lead within the first 32 minutes of the game while Ella Powell's own goal further increased the Gunners' tally. Alessia Russo then scored an outrageous goal a minute before the hour mark as she dribbled past three defenders before launching a powerful shot into the top corner of the net. Fourteen minutes later, Russo completed her brace with a brilliant first-time attempt from inside the box.
